* We are not responsible for missed items, nevertheless we will gladly help you providing all the information for you file a claim through your local post office.
* Broken or damaged goods at delivery are at your own costs and risk. We will not refund orders that are damaged by transport but please, notify us within 48 hours of reception with photographs.
