Hypnoseglass is a space where glass becomes poetry.

Our creations are intimate sculptures, meant to be worn, felt, cherished.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products offered by HypnoseGlass through its website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

HypnoseGlass operates as an independent handcrafted jewelry studio.
2. Products
All jewelry pieces are handcrafted.
Due to the artisanal nature of the materials (glass, finishes, textures), slight variations in color, shape, and surface may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Product images are illustrative. Minor differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
3. Prices
All prices are indicated in EUR (€).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If applicable in the future, VAT will be indicated once the business status is formalized.
HypnoseGlass reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout remains valid for that order.
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
HypnoseGlass reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
Payment issues
Incorrect or incomplete information
Suspected fraudulent activity
If cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded.
5. Production Time
Production time: 5–10 working days.
Custom pieces may require additional time.
Delays due to force majeure (transport strikes, customs delays, etc.) are not the responsibility of HypnoseGlass.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking.
Delivery times:
Italy: approx. 2–5 working days
EU: 3–7 working days
International: variable
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with the Codice del Consumo, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery.
Conditions:
Item must be unworn
In original packaging
Not damaged
Custom or personalized pieces are excluded from withdrawal unless defective.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after inspection.
8. Warranty & Defects
HypnoseGlass provides a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse
Normal wear and tear
Chemical exposure
Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (if visible upon arrival).
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of HypnoseGlass.
Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence, as provided by Italian law.
